"How will you get better today?"

When I saw that statement, it stopped me in my tracks.  I love it, what a wonderful attitude to take up every day.
I have not had the best attitude lately. I have recently been diagnosed with macular degeneration, that alone came as a shock but finding I need a shot in my eye every month did nothing to improve my attitude.
Add to that my last visit didn't go well, and I had lost ground.
So, how will I get better today?   What will I do to make this day the best it can be?
I will call an end to my pity party, I will make each day better then the day before.

  1. Bless you, Nonie.. Sending my love and prayers. Bunny

  2. I'm praying that your treatments will be effective. I know many that have had these shots and done well with them for years. I hope that will be the case for you as well. :)

Love that attitude as well - we should all adopt it. Thanks for sharing!

  3. Thank you Kathy, sometimes we suddenly find we have chosen the wrong attitude. I hope the shots start working,

  5. That's a great question! Perhaps we should all ponder it every day. Our sermon in church this weekend was about treating people the way you'd like to be treated. So I'm starting with that. In fact, I grumbled less this morning in our morning commute. I think we just have to be reminded of our many blessings every day. Thank you for reminding me. Praying the treatments go well and that they help. :) ((hugs))
